YOU'LL NEED

A Miyoo Mini Plus running Onion OS, or a Miyoo Mini Flip on stock firmware. Same download for both.
Wi-Fi — this is an online game; everything lives on the server. (The original Mini has no Wi-Fi and can't play.)
A few MB free on your SD card.

INSTALL

Download and unzip rpg98-beta.zip.
Copy the RPG98 folder into the App folder on your SD card.
Launch it from the Apps menu (Onion OS may need a refresh of the Apps list).
Create an account and a character, and follow Grim's introduction — it teaches the whole loop.

Your settings are stored on the SD card at Saves/CurrentProfile/saves/RPG98/; characters and items live server-side. There's no email on accounts — don't lose your password.

TROUBLE?

Stuck on connecting — check Wi-Fi is on and has internet; the title screen shows a server check.
Server unreachable — brief restarts happen during beta (the game warns you in-game first). Check the home page status and try again in a minute.
Anything else — report it in the release thread with what you did and what happened. Telemetry catches a lot, but written reports catch more.
